Remove the Mesa Unified School District's Locked-Door Policy

In the aftermath of Parkland, Florida school shooting, the Mesa Public Schools decided to place a new policy where ALL doors are to be locked, no matter what, until the end of class. No bathrooms. Late students must create a huge hassle to get into class once the door is locked. What's next? No outdoor lunch? All-day class sessions? This is ridiculous. We can stop this now. Locked buildings? Fine. Locked buildings AND classrooms? No. This is sacrificing freedom for safety. Why bother being safe if you can't be free? This must end now.
Another reason this must be removed is student safety. Shooters are usually kids. If a kid is in the classroom and starts shooting people, security must hassle to get the doors unlocked before they can come in and solve the problem.
