When a felony action is caused or participated in by an individual AND there is a death that occurs during that incident; all who are involved are considered responsible for the death. Given the information we have in print (e.g., Twitter) & video evidence of Mr. Trump requesting his supporters to riot outside the capitol and the resulting death of a capitol police officer and 4 other individuals beside the woman shot by capitol police for a takeover of the US Capital - a felony; it seems clear that there are grounds to convene a federal grand jury charging Mr. Trump with Felony Murder.  

I am starting this petition to Merrick Garland, appointed Attorney General of the new administration to take up these charges against Mr. Trump as soon after the inauguration as possible.
