I have been an employee at Merchants in Park Town for close to 2 month now and I am.at a verge of suicide.The thought of having a mental illness feeling like you don't belong then people make you feel it.My trainer Thabang Sooko told people during training to be on the look out for me after I disclosed to him in confidence  I am bipolar.I think they didn't educate themselves about bipolar but rather concluded based on hear says.They made it very hard to be comfortable as people will give me strange stares everytime I enter the call centre and by the time I got in the floor after training the team leader I have been assigned to Phiwokuhle Tshabalala said she was terrified.She doesn't think she can work with someone with bipolar because from her experience people with bipolar are murders.They didn't take in consideration my hard work and the good performance I was delivering and yesterday I asked for tome.out but they filtered my stats forgetting that they had already provided the stats.They also changed their nesting to 2 weeks by they said it's 3 and again lied to me saying that the nesting is ending on Friday so that I can resign.I am feeling very suicidal for I felt my performance at work wouldn't have been affected if they didn't treat me like an outcast,like I was a soon,some people even went as far as calling me a demon.My team leader Phiwokuhle Tshabalala would shout at me everytime she addressed me and even call me out for no apparent reason.Please guys help me so we can help many who have suffered in silence.
