Stress. Anxiety. Overwhelmed. These have all been progressively getting worse, more pertinent, now more than ever. The pressure put on us high school students is causing these mental illnesses. Being involved in multiple difficult tasks is overwhelming. I want to create mental health days in the LSR7 school district. A day each month, or however many the school district would allow, to strictly have off for a full day of no school. The students would be allowed to take their mental health day any day that is needed for them.
