Help Please I was wrongfully diagnosed...

this was because I was having suicidal thoughts because of too much medication "200mg" of sertraline to be precise. This lasted for over 15 years and yet no medical professionals picked up that I was given the wrong doze of medication as stated "200mg" of sertraline when in fact I should have  been on "100mg" or lower of sertraline. This is a result of medical professional neglecting their roles and in some cases taken advantage of peoples medical or mental health problems.

I have added a link that shows that there are negative side affects of being on too much sertraline. https://www.drugs.com/sertraline.html

I am trying to stop this from happening to other people, being wrongfully diagnosed with "mental health problems" that don't have mental health problems.

I'm also trying to get the diagnosis that I have been labelled as overturned, now I am on 100mg of sertraline, I no longer show the behavioural traits I once showed also Dr Mike Hunt said " I had BPD" and another medical professional also said " I have emotional unstable personality disorder" however since reducing the medication I've not had any problems with regulating my emotions and I'm able to process my actions that could affect others.

This needs addressing, I have seen a therapist "Dr Maria Downs", she had me fill a form out and told me that I don't have anything wrong with me, and then later recalled on our session to other professional and went against what she recalled to me. On a number of occasions she stated " I was uncooperative" so she said she couldn't help me further. She then told me that " I didn't have anything wrong with me" before she released her statement.

I am a trained 'Railway Track Maintenance Engineer' and because of the mental health label I'm not able to work unsupervised.
