If they cannot properly manage what they have then they should not be given more money to spend until they fully repair what is already in existence. Fix mud island park and surroundings and then we can talk about Tom lee park.

We can't let TLP be handled the same way as other parks handled by that group. Only a few years ago, I took my kids to the splash park downtown, and it was fantastic. No upkeep or repairs has left it an eye sore. Don't give them another park to spend money on then leave to die.
