Healthcare workers deserve better pay!! Anyone who has worked with COVID patients/ The COVID lines/ swabbing for COVID deserve the incentive pay. We ALL deserves COVID incentives. Everyone deserves the 10% wage increase, cost of living has gone up for everyone. Techs deserve higher pay! They deserve to be paid better than retail/fast food workers. Memorial wants to “build a better memorial” it starts with treating your employees better!
