The UK Government made the booking of two Covid-19 tests mandatory for people arriving in the UK before their flights. More than 300 test providers have been listed and endorsed on the Government's website (https://www.find-travel-test-provider.service.gov.uk/test-type/amber#list-of-test-providers The cost of day-2 and day-8 tests starts from £130 up to £300 or more.

Most people booked these tests have received the test kits and sent back their test samples yet they never received the test results from the providers neither by email nor by text which caused a lot of anxiety and longer isolation.

We call upon the UK Government to force the test providers who failed to send the results withing the published time frame to make a full refund of the test cost.
