Over a year after legalization, Albertans are still facing discriminatory pre-access testing for THC. Given the high unemployment rates, this practice should be removed and the playing field levelled to those who responsibly enjoy alcohol while off-duty. It should be nobodies business what legal substances you enjoy at home as long as it's kept at home!

THC should only be relevant post-incident!
