The leaders of this Amino have been careless recently, I've heard of people getting strikes, without even stating a warning. While it is on one of the official team Amino websites that, it is recommended that leaders first issue a warning before taking any decisions, such as banning someone or striking them on the first offence. All I am calling for is a change. You see, I am not saying we need new leaders, as most people like like our leaders, and we need our leaders to be less careless and make better decisions without just simply dishing out penalty.
