Safer pavements for wheelchair users on Golders Green Road

We are petitioning Barnet Council to relay part of the pavement at the end of Limes Avenue up to Golders Green library. Having safer pavements on Golders Green Road will make it more accessible for the very many wheelchair users and elderly people in this area, not to mention for the general public too. At the moment the pavements are extremely uneven and bumpy and this has proved very dangerous because wheelchair users and the general public can and have had nasty accidents, and carers could also really hurt themselves. Barnet has already repaired a little bit but it's not really sufficient nor safe. Every week this situation is getting worse. I met with a local MP and he recognised that the pavements need to be re-layed. Please support this campaign to make local streets safer for everyone, and to make a real difference.
