I paid 190 quid for 2 VIP tickers for qotsa and was rewarded with insufficient seating ; poor gourmet foodvans and pish toilets...No chill out area and a vip area within a vip area...want my money refunded

My husband had to queue for so long for a beer (that they ran out of) that he missed Richard Ashcroft but also because the sound quality was so awful he couldn’t hear it whilst queuing.

I was at the Saturday QOTSA gig. It was so badly organised - terrible bar queues, water queues, awful sound quality and lax security/organisation, overcrowding. We queued for around 4 hours in total and missed many of the acts. Absolute shambles - Festival Republic should be unreservedly apologising to ticket holders and refunding us for a total waste of time and money.

Missed the entire of the Hives queuing. We started queuing 30 mins before they were due on. There was not enough water fountains. Only allowed to bring in 500ml bottles meant had to constantly refill. Was a total shambles
