Lilliana has great potential in life but one thing she's missing is the freedom to have a fast and easy way to communicate with friends. She has always been a good friend of mine but with no classes together and only unreliable forms of communication like Instagram dm's and messages we are not as close as we could be. Her mom does not believe she shoudld have Snapchat for reasons probably similar to other moms ("I don't want you talking to random people you don't know") but as long as I've known Lilliana she has been extremely careful with who she talks to and associates with. It is in my opinion that's she will not only follow all rules and guidelines set by her mother but do even more to keep her own safety as a first priority. Every name counts! Thank you for your time.
