Stop Industrial Developing in Residential Area Hoschton Georgia

As a concerned citizen living adjacent to Josh Pirkle Land, We hereby request that this Annexation and Rezoning be denied as it could potentially dramatically decrease Homeowners property value. Cause environment damage to Mulberry River. Continued runoff water damage to adjacent properties! Have assured noise, light and water pollution, harm to wildlife. Increase and encourage crime to the area. Changes to the projected plans of Braseltons Live Work Play Community and layout of the land. This project would cause irreparable harm to the adjacent and nearby properties in Braselton and Hoschton.
Our concerns are a decrease in property value, 24/7 Light&Noise, Pollution, Rock Blasting, Water pollution to Mulberry River, 24/7 Trucks beeping into bays, Truck traffic 24/7 in our area of West Jefferson Street, 53 and 124, Additional auto traffic, Crime rate increase and the worst part a possible decreased rate of families that will want to stay in the communities.
Infrastructure of the area:
Fire Departments, EMS, Roads,Sewer, Water, and Tax Abatements. Issues that need to be focused on before allowing more warehouses or large Industrial Parks. These problems are already causing stress to the area.
In Braselton, as of January 28th, 2018 there are 18 warehouse 2 found empty, 2 are half empty and 3 are under construction.
Please sign the petition to show you Oppose the warehouse and the growth of warehouses in Braselton Area.
All and any Hoschton and Braselton Resident's may sign.
