Are you sick of the crime in kempsey? Are you over  the magistrate letting the offenders go only to commit more crime the day after they've been caught and let back out? 

The police in Kempsey do the very best they can to apprehend and prosecute the offenders,but due to most offenders being underage the magistrate gives them a slap on the wrist and send them on they way with out any consequences. 

On the 24th of August 2021 at 1am a 13 year old boy hit a police officer while driving a stolen vehicle in Cresent Head. The 13 year old boy was not charge for this offence of hitting the officer,and was let out on bail. If that was any other person of age they would have been locked up untill their court date. 

Kempsey needs to come together as a community to eliminate the crime. I believe a new strict magistrate that doesn't take any bullshit is what our community really needs. 

These underage offenders continue to commit more crime after being let out because they know that the magistrate won't do anything and they think they are untouchable.
