Meditation have now become very important aspects of our lives. Meditation makes connection between mind, body & breath, and an emphasis on being present on the material world. There's no hard and fast set of rules for meditation, but some strategies can help you get tunned with your mind and your body. After a long time of Covid-19 today’s generation has yet not recovered from stressed due to the negative atmosphere and being blocked in the same place for a long time, their studies and personal lives, their fun routine including all other activities got stuck in the same four walls. They do not know how to deal with it and meditation gives the answer they are looking for.
