I think that people who have asthma should also be receiving a medical exemption certificate cause asthma is for life its a life long condition and if u don't use ur inhalers and medicine u can die unfortunately some people can't afford the nhs prescription charge due to this many can't buy the medicine which they need every day and end up in hospital especially young people who are studying and afford the extra prescription charges for this and many other reasons I think the government should add asthma to the list of conditions that can qualify for a medical exemption certificate pls sign my petition thank u
