First Doctors unnecessarily keep the patient for their own financial benefits to ICU. Then they prescribed super highly priced medicine and finally they keep so untrained ICU staff who are just a warrant to death. 
they need to be responsible for their actions. As they Scott free after committing such inhuman crime on humans, who are actually take an oath to save humanity. 
they once prescribed my grand mother a medicine which she was allergic and then they did a small treatment in which they burnt her hips because of untrained staff inside the ICU. 
I witnessed at Sujay hospital, juhu, mumbai ICU department which was beyond I could ever imagine. In the night All the staff went to sleep no doctors were there for any support and they made the security guard to sit in front of monitors to observe vitals!!! 
another day I notice the untrained staff started operating on a patient who was young n kind of unconscious state to get the internal bleeding out... me lord... how do I expect my granny to be save in such hands!!! 
Granny has to go through such a horrible days n night..,, THIS IS JUST NOT ACCEPTABLE. 
we must get this unethical practice where we expect life to be saved but actually being played.
