Living in the North Shore area my whole life I’ve noticed cars dangerously speeding and recklessly driving. On November 12 my daughter, Cyklali Garcia, was struck and killed by a car, after that accident and all the other accidents that have happened on this road over the years I’ve decided to finally put an end to careless drivers in the community. I propose we add speed bumps on the roads to make drivers slow down. No family should lose their loved ones over someone not paying attention to the road or following the rules. Please help me make a change to the community and make this a safer place for everyone.
