This petition is to ask for enforceforment, ensuring that the groundwork that is currently ongoing at the Southern boundary of Kings Chase, is secured indefinitely unless a time arises in the future when planning permission is granted for further development to the south of Kings Chase (of which there are currently no applications). The current groundworks includes a 15 meter road that finishes within the future development site but the developers have no plans to secure it.  Not securing this area increases the risk of unathorised Incursions or encampments. The law is clear - managing unauthorised encampments must involve a balance between the rights of the landowner and/or wider community and the rights and welfare needs of the unauthorised Incursion or encampment. We believe TVBC have a statutory duty to ensure that both sides are fairly represented when it comes to unauthorised Incursions or encampments As such we are asking TVBC to put in measures to prevent any possibility of future Incursions happening due to not securing the new access road correctly.
