We as MDC Medical Campus student body in the nursing program are requesting for the ATI grade percentage distribution to stay the same for the remainder of the fall semester of 2022-2023. 

In the previous semesters students would receive 2% for ATI A, 2% for remediation, 2% for ATI B and finally 4% for the ATI Proctored Exam totaling 10%  

The board wants to change the percentage so that the ATI Proctored Exam would be graded as a whole and students would receive 10% IF they pass with a level 3 or higher. 

The passing score for each class and exams in MDC for medical campus students is 77%.

Even if student pass all their exams with a 77% and receive a level 0 or 1 in the ATI Proctored Exam, student will fail the class with a 69.30. 

This drastic change would be detrimental and a lot of pressure for our cohort as we are in our last semester before taking the NCLEX-RN boards. 

We are asking to please reconsider making this change or at least leave it the same for our cohort, since we are the last with the previous curriculum.
