At the moment, wearing face masks at MCHS is optional for students and teachers. Some of my fellow students and I want to make them mandatory WITHOUT A DOCTOR OR THERAPIST EXCUSE. If everyone wore a face mask, MCHS could possibly stay open longer. If everyone wore a face mask, lots of virtual students would feel more comfortable coming back to school. And most importantly, if everyone wore a face mask, we could reduce sickness and death from COVID-19 in our school and community. We need YOU to sign and share this as soon as possible before our school decides to go all virtual, because we might not come back after that. Sign this petition if you want to require every student and teacher at McMinn County High School to wear a face mask that covers the nose and mouth without a doctor's or therapist's excuse.
