As the weather gets warmer, Mcdonalds workers are struggling to cope in the appalling condition being offered. The lack of cooling systems creates a work safety hazard which can cause dehydration, exhaustion (both physical and mental) and heatstroke. This is a violation of our workers safety and rights. As most workers are on minimum wage it is sensible to assume there is money to invest in improving our working conditions to a reasoned level. 
Danger areas such as the presenting window, cafe areas, back area and booth are specific hazards that can be addressed by portable or in ceiling aircon. 
By installing aircon it ensures everyone working has a more pleasant environment to focus on engaging with customers and fulfilling our positions as workers.
