Jennifer Muilwyk has worked for McDonalds Caledonia for 23 years. She earns $15.50/hr, which is almost the same wage as a new 16 year old employee. She has just received notice of a demotion that will take effect in the new year. She was born with klippel fiel syndrome, which is a physical disability that affects her mobility and tone of voice. Please help put an end to this discrimination and demand an increase in Jennifer's wage, as well as retroactive pay. Thank you for your help.
