Bring back a McDonald's to the centre of port Macquarie. Not only would this make it more easily accessible to people but would also bring in alot of business due to its close proximity to the movies. furthermore, by implementing a new McDonald's closer to the centre of town, it would encourage new residents or tourists to eat there instead of driving to the next nearest one at settlement city.

Not only this but there are many perfect building locations close to ports centre that could be used, as unused up for sale plots of land seem to just be stagnating.
