We are a group of McCandless residents that are OPPOSED to amending the conditional use standards for a service station within the RESIDENTIAL-commercial district for the SOLE BENEFIT OF SHEETZ. This apparent case of SPOT ZONING will allow for more than one fueling station in a PRIMARILY RESIDENTIAL area. This NUISANCE will cause HEALTH HAZARDS, NOISE & LIGHT POLLUTION and additional TRAFFIC CONGESTION in our neighborhood. It will basically leave the current Sheetz as a GHOSTED PROPERTY, un-rentable for years and open PANDORA'S BOX to set precedent for other DANGEROUS spot zoning variances to occur throughout McCandless
