It has been announced, as of August 11, the McAlister’s of Cool Springs has decided to terminate Adrian Duran. We, the staff of said location and its loyal customers, believe this to be a mistake and would like his contributions to the company be reviewed. Prior to his employment, McAlister’s in Cool Springs suffered from horrendous management who neglected and abused their employees. Despite numerous complaints, it wasn’t until Adrian was employed did employees feel their concerns were heard and addressed. In a span of five months, Adrian has pushed the store to its best performance, revealed in ticket times. We moved from being the 5th in the area, to the 1st , and finally the 1st in all the East coast.  Despite the friendly competition between the other McAlister’s in the area, both our staff and the others’ realize how efficient Adrian’s methods are. Our store is cleaner, faster, and quality measured. Customers are amazed at the change in such a short time and love to tell us and management so. We would like to have you reconsider the termination of Adrian Duran, who has clearly showed his ability at leadership, organization, and customer service.
