HELP....... WEST BOCA RESIDENTS!!!

REALLY BIG PROBLEM ... for us ......there is builders that are about to be approved to put in the homes for over 500 NEW HOMES on LYONS ROAD and 8th STREET this has the capability of bring over more that 1000+ people -and cars or more to the already  congested LYONS rd. 

This will cause schools to be even more crowded, streets to be even more congested, hospitals to have longer waits, police officers fire rescue to be stretched very thin. Our current streets situation can not handle that volume .... if they are going to put these extra people and families here they will change west BOCA drastically .... we need the streets fixed first and we need the Teachers and staff ready for the influx at schools to have Enough !!!!

At 8th street at Lyons there has been many many accidents there.  Stephen died there when we were kids .... they haven’t fixed the traffic ever until now the just fixed it a month ago to be very slightly better and now they want to add more homes. They at first were to be single family homes but now have turned to multiple lever condo with low income housing ..... we cannot handled  The influx of this quantity of people and cars.

This will affect All West BOCA residence this will affect  Parkland residence too....there’s just too many people in a small area. 

If you think traffic, crime, schools, population in west BOCA and parkland area is bad now just wait!!! That’s just 1000 plus cars and people in the roads.... what about houses that have more than one driver ?
