Mayor Randall Williams should address the community of Olievenhoutbosch about when he is going give us the budget to implement Region 4 Master Plan that includes the revamp of Noord Wes Substation.

As residents of Olievenhoutbosch we are struggling to get stable electricity supply. We spend days and weeks without electricity during the repair of our network's old and rusty feeder cables. The Noord Wes Substation is in a shambolic state due to lack of maintenance over the years. 

Our ward Councellor, Kenneth Masha and his office have sent requests and plans for Mayor Randall Williams to looks into but the Mayor has instead approved other plans which are in a better state and a way less problematic than that of Noord Wes.

As residents we would like to request Mayor Randall  Williams and his Mayoral committee to come to an Imbizo and inform us about why the budget for Region 4 Master Plan has not been yet approved and give us as the community the way forward and how he plans to resolve this problem.
