Honorable Leaders & Decision Makers,

We (all residents) are against illegal construction of apartment with encroachment as shown in pictures

New apartment complex construction is in progress at 6 Utkanth Society next to 7 Utkanth Society, Alkapuri, Vadodara with encrochment beyond property line as you will see in attached picture how number 7 apartment (shown in concrete color) is away from road of the society vs. 6 which is shown in white color apartment. You are requested to look into this matter and do the needful urgently.

We are very concerned that without above immediate action would continue to not only impact your image for doing it right but also will impact residents and guest of the society in many ways negatively.

Previously many residents have requested full feedback on this matter along with other concerns in multiple occasions and are requesting Mayor of Vadodara along with entire team at The Vadodara Municipal Corporation & Its Departments & Construction Planning Department along with Enforcement Division for prompt action along with transparent information sharing and to do the needful.

We hereby sign this petition individually & jointly on behalf of my family and residence as resident & tax payer of City of Vadodara and we look forward to your prompt, notable & result driven action from your leadership & teams.
