We DO NOT CONSENT and WILL NOT COMPLY with mask mandates should the Fargo City Commission vote to institute such a mandate.  

When in the course of a year a citizenry has been compelled beyond reasonable measure it becomes necessary for that citizenry to prevent future injustices from occurring.  We neither desire nor sought this confrontation, however, we are impelled to defend and protect our rights.  The right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, having been laid out in the constitution of the United States and endowed to us, has in the past been usurped by the Fargo City Commission.  The power to govern the citizens of Fargo has been given by the consent of the citizens of Fargo who also maintain the power to remove consent when those governing fail to use prudence and attend to the voice of the governed.  We will no longer submit to tyranny.  We, therefore, DO NOT CONSENT to mask mandates and WILL NOT COMPLY.
