Black Lives Matter and United We Stand Street Murals in Downtown Canton

Over the past couple of weeks peaceful protests have been taking place in Canton, Ohio. The People of Canton have been coming together from all races and all walks of life demanding change in our city, state, and country. Our voices have been heard throughout our community and now we would like to have our local artists' voices speak out in the form of painting murals on our streets downtown. We, The People of Canton, Ohio, want to have murals painted on the streets in front of both courthouses on W. Tuscarwas and Cleveland. One shall read BLACK LIVES MATTER and the other shall read UNTIED WE STAND! It would do our cause good to have these bold murals speak for us even when these streets are clear of our protestors. Please sign this petition in support of having permission for these murals to be painted!
