There are too many buildings going up in neighborhoods that are already overcrowded, we are limited to parking and though there are parking garages below the apartments it not enough for the units that are being built and which causes those tenants to park on the streets.

Our school are already over crowded which this developer is bring people from other cities or states here and one again causes more of a over crowding for apartments the are too expensive, cheap materials, and you have to pay to park in a already expensive apartment.

Residents who live on this block was not notified by anyone, the Majority of the properties here on Godwin Avenue is connected to this developer in one way or other but under different names now the only way to stop this is to STAND UP and be heard the best way to FAIL is not to TRY!

Listen these people who are on the Planning Board probablydon’t live here in Paterson and or don’t live in our communities and don’t know and or don’t care about our situation it’s all about money which once again DOES NOT HELP US!!
