Cringe Kev started this petition to Mayor's Office, City of Toronto (Mayor of Toronto)

The Toronto icon known as Debby has unfortunately passed away due to an apparent overdose. She was known by almost everyone in the city, from the average student, all the way up to Drake. Debby was the heart and soul of Toronto, and was well known for hanging out at Yonge & Dundas Square. We would like a memorial to be set up to honour her, as well as bring awareness to mental health/drug addiction for at risk youth.

As a community we need to honour Debby in the right way. She wanted to put the city on the map, and wanted to inspire change for the positive. This is something that her legacy can still achieve and we think that this memorial would be a great start.

Debby may you Rest In Peace, however we all know legends never die. The city loves you Debby and we hope you found peace.

Sincerely,

Loved Ones
