Move courier parking out of bike lanes (Adelaide Ave., Toronto)

The Adelaide Ave. bike lane is shared with "courier delivery zones", this is patently ridiculous and is an unsafe design failure. This bike lane needs to be fully protected with bollards and planters as other lanes are. While Parking Enforcement does patrol this area it does nor prevent vehicles from using this lane. Cyclists are constantly forced out into the traffic lane, which contains the additional hazards of disused streetcar tracks and uneven surfaces. Anyone would recognize that, as far as safety goes, this puts cyclists at risk and effectively ensures that "there is no bike lane" in this busy area.
This petition requests that the courier delivery zones be moved out of the bike lanes and that the bike lane be fully protected.
