Baird Park dog park is one of the nicest dog parks in the city that the junction neighbourhood loves and the dogs love to. All the pawparents are lovely and are wonderful and friendly to talk to and make the park more enjoyable. The dog park hours are currently 7am until 9pm which are fair hours. But some people can’t bring there dogs during the day but they can come at night  because of the pandemic and everyone’s situation some owners are frontline workers which is why the hours of the park should be changed to 7am until 11pm just like all the noice rules right now. The one and only thing that makes this park unfriendly and makes most owners not want to come is because of one neighbour who decides to come out and yell and scream at the top of her lungs and harassed  and threaten the owners to leave because our dogs are barking. yes you will have dogs barking at a park but when she yells it’s only 1-2 dogs barking out of 15. I’ve personally been harassed and threatened by this neighbour and it’s not pleasant. She stalks how many times I go to the park and tells me “you with the blonde hair you’ve been here 5 times a day you have no right to be” meanwhile I come once a day and i have the right to come as much as I want . All owners should feel safe and welcomed to bring their dog to the park but we can’t because we get yelled at if our dogs are barking to loud which they aren’t and they aren’t allowed to have fun. This is why the Baird Park Dog Park should be opened  from 7am until 11pm and without being threatened and harassed
