Leaf blowers are as loud as motorcycles passing us, again and again, as if we were on a motorcycle circuit. Except, most of us, when we can,  choose  to live in a quiet environment, with trees (with leaves...}, away from the trafic and from the airports... and here they are, at any moment of the day, making the noise we exactly try to avoid to blow leaves  a few meters away... for what ?

Scientific researches have proved  that noise nuisances are very bad for the human mind and also for the animals.

On top of this inacceptable  noise leaf blowers make, they pollute  the air and they contribute to the erosion of the soil. Not to mention the repercussion they have on the health of the people who use them, most of the time property management, landscape firms or city employees who are spending hours a day blowing leaves.

I would also like to mention that these machines contribute to a negative atmosphere and tension between neighbours ; many people complain about their neighbour making noise and blowing the leaves on their property...

This phenomenon is growing and growing. At the beginning, only landscapers used these machines, now they are used by property managers and individuals.
