I myself was born here in Big Bear. I must speak out for the locals in need of a fair housing situation.  The amount of short term rentals is effecting the locals so bad. We are pushing people out of big bear that have been here years. It very upsetting to see family's living in motels. People being pushed out of there long term rentals for profit. I understand that People rent out cabins and it helps the town out. At the same time the amount of them has really hurt the locals here. Im doing this for my friends, family, and everyone that lives here in big bear full time. We deal with all the trash, rudeness, from the visitors. More then less of them. It's time to take our mountain back and limit the Percent of short term rentals per area. In a fair agreement.
