We the undersigned concerned citizens of Derby do formally request that Mayor Richard Dziekan either request that Chief of Staff Walter Mayhew resign his duties immediately or that he remove him from office. 

It is our belief that Chief of Staff Mayhew continues to do damage to the city of Derby by his repeated abuses of power, arrogance, vindictiveness and inability to work with anyone who may not agree with him 100%.

If Mayor Richard Dziekan refuses to ask Chief if Staff Mayhew to resign or remove him of his duties, then we would ask Mayor Richard Dzieken to resign immediately.
