Developer Ori Feibush wants to build an apartment complex of 57 single use apartments with NO PARKING. He has recently added an additional 27 units which will bring the total to 84, in an area that is already over saturated with apartments. This area of Point Breeze was intended to be single family dwellings.

So, how will this affect our community?

1. We will loose parking which is already much needed.

2. It will increase trash and illegal dumping. 

3. Disrupt the foundation of all nearby homes. 

4. Give criminals another targeted opportunity. 

5. Drive property taxes up

We are in desperate need to stop this project. Ori Feibush will not work with the community. The community have requested on many occasions that he develop single family dwellings to keep the integrity of the neighborhood and not build a structure so high it would take away sunlight from the neighbors. We also suggested to add parking for those new residents, also to add businesses on the ground floor. All request has fallen on a deaf ear. He flat out said, "NO".
