Many students have lost their part time jobs due to covid-19 lockdown and some of their parents have lost significant income as well which would have put a strain on their finances which will impact their ability to pay rent for their children.

A good number of private landlords in Preston already charge extortionate prices and i feel that they should play their part in easing already pressured students struggling with essays and assignments as well as money issues.

I am from the student community and would want all students to have less to worry about in order to focus on their studies and as such i would want the the Private landlords in Preston,Lancashire to allow students in halls of residence and private accomodation to allow 3 months rent free for Students living in their properties.
