Landlords and home owners are struggling to pay their mortgage. We are being forced to pay a monthly mortgage that we cannot sustain to do for this long, as we are dependent on our rentals rent. Although providing rent relief to renters during this time is understandable it is necessary to provide landlords with mortgage relief as well. 

We are asking Governor Newsom or Mayor Eric Garcetti to step up and help landlords and homeowners with mortgage relief.
