I am tired of ugly ofice buildings being erected in the Borough especially when existing ones are mainly empty. W have an acute shortage of social housing and this site would be better put to use creating proper social housing stock.

I am against the erection of such an eyesore big building that will be overbearing a conservation area and obstruction of our views. https://www.change.org/p/mayor-of-london-oppose

London has enough of lone ugly high rise & mega buildings especially along and near the river ruining views for generations. It is not at all in sympathy with the area ( Victorian architecture). It would see an increase of construction traffic and higher rates of general traffic once completed. The area has plenty of hotels already which I understand are already struggling with ongoing unfilled capacity. I am not against developments but this particular one is destructive on so many levels. There are many fine examples of new builds that enhance an area but this is not one if them.

Hammersmith has been suffering from an erosion of character in recent years, this is the final nail in the coffin.

Any development must have the support of the local community.

I am signing because I have studied the Olympia Transport Assessment that I consider to be fraudulent. So any application for this project must look at the reality of the future transport situation completely transparently.

I’m concerned about the impact on the local area. Traffic congestion is already a major issue and this will increase.

Hammersmith already suffers from severe congestion and definitely does not need to have it made even worse.

It is literally not needed. It is a waste of time, money and space. An eyesore, it will create more congestion in an area that is already had to move around in, as well as shadowing all it will surround.

I am a local resident and object to this hotel project. Not only is it unattractive, but will impact locally on pollution, traffic and cause chaos in an already very busy area of London.
