The recent “rain bomb” event has affected thousands of Logan City residents, some who are still inundated with flood water in their homes or properties.

While some of the water has subsided, many are now faced with the heart breaking task of cleaning their properties, throwing out possessions and salvaging personal items. Some of those people have already struggled through the past two years of Covid and are now battling rising living costs including fuel and groceries.

Brisbane City Council Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner announced this morning they were conducted free kerbside cleanup for their residents and we would like our Logan City Mayor to do the same. 

Although the flood waters may physically divide us, our community spirit unites us so please support our petition!
