Save the youths!

Our goal is to help prevent teenagers from participating in anti-social behaviour by making use of derelict buildings as Youth Centres aimed at teenagers aged between 12 and 18. In Liverpool several different Youth Centres already exist but in our opinion the standards are low and they are not attractive to teenagers. Also many of these Youth Centres are aimed at young children under the age of 11 and the facilities that they have available for older children are not as good.
A study has shown that as of 2016 more than 3,000 homes are currently sitting empty in Liverpool. A report into the value of long-term vacant houses says the city has approximately 3,280 lying empty - with an estimated worth of £302m.
