The people of Kwinana city and it’s suburbs can not afford this 2.5 % increase in this economy  

we have the second largest growing city in wa so rates to the council have increase how ever every year you raise them quite substantially 

houses have devalued in our area by average of 50- $70000 however land evaluation has not reduced , water rates have gone up but the land evaluation has not reduced electricity has escalated 

we have a high unemployment in our area 

wages have stagnated since 2012 

cpi is 1.2 % but you want raise it to 2.5 when the economy can’t afford it cost of living pressures will be beyond some people , and put more pressure on inflation
