Stop social exclusion and economic injustice of immigrants

Stop social exclusion and economic injustice of immigrants
I want to change the way immigrants are met in society and the work-related challenges that they face. I am a young immigrants myself and that's why I understand that adopting the culture and values of a new country is not as straightforward as some might think. I want my petition to urge the Haringey Council in particular, as it has a high rate of cultural mixing and non-British residents and it is my local area, to make a change to the policies towards migration.
I have three main requests. I request the council to investigate the workplaces in Haringey such as cash & carry companies and shops that make their employees work long hours for inadequate pay. I want the council to create youth clubs for both personal interests like reading, sports, music and history AND essential skills like English language, maths and study support. These clubs should be specifically targeted at young immigrants as I know how much I and my other immigrant friends have struggled to make friends and get support in times of alienation and depression. My last request is for the municipal government to create a face-to-face service and/or a website for adult and teen immigrants who would like to ask for help in any social or economic topics. This service could encourage teenagers to confide in interested adults about issues like bullying and exclusion. As it can remain anonymous at first, it would also get across the message that this service is a safe place for immigrants without prejudice.
Please help me get this issue across. Your help is greatly appreciated, thank you!
