Bowie is a known racist town in texas and was once a "sundown town" and they didn't even try to hide it. They were very open about being a "sundown town" and even used to have a sign stating if you're black then don't be caught in town after the sun goes down.My problem is that in Bowie, Texas called they still have a road named "Hanging Tree Road" I think that it is very offensive and the name should be changed of that road. and that town combed for any racist symbolism.
