Support of the First Step Act (2018) Retroactive for: Ismalius White Reg. # 25613-056

The Issue

My Brother...Ismalius White, Register No..:25613-056 has been over sentence too harshly for a non-violent offense relating to the old guidelines of the racism disparity between Cocaine Powder vs. Crack Cocaine. Ratio: 100:1. The law changed in 2010 and finally became retroactive under the First Step Act (2018). My Brother Ismalius has a crack case and he was sentence in 2009 for 420 months (35 years). He has been incarcerated since 2006, almost 14 years. In 2016 he had a sentence reduction of little help, the courts only took off 4 years, and re-sentence him to 379 months (31 years).
Today, he has an opportunity to come home to his loving, caring and concerned ones, if in hopes the sentencing of Judge L.W. Flanagan rules in his favor for time serve up under the new law. But the ruling is up to her if she wants to grant my Brother to "time serve". The government (Prosecutor) disagrees with the return of my Brother, but he has truly over the years changed from 14 years ago. He has accomplished good behavior, earned his GED, and have taken numerous amount of programming courses. He has a plan after release to do some public speaking to help others to not have to go through what he has been through of locked in an over crawled population of very dangerous inmates across the United States. He has also created a 500-Hour Program. It is a 9 month Program for the sole purpose to work with the Beaufort County area created to deter problematic teens and even adults, by teaching them things necessary to be productive to their family and community.
We need your support to gather 50 people or more-whom believe in second chances. Please support my Brother's return to his community and most importantly to his loved ones. Thank you Respectfully.
