I live in Denver and have lived here my entire life. RINO is a perfect example of careless gentrification that erases history and disrespects the long standing residents of that community. It only became “RINO” once wealthy white people began frequenting the area to look at the graffiti art!

Because l grew up in Denver. I went to church on the 5 points. Campbell's Memorial Church Of God in Christ. We ate at Kapre Chicken. The 5 Points was African American owned and remains Denver's African American Entertainment History...

Five Points should maintain its name and as much of its identity as possible. There is history that some of us know and others need to learn, and the name change wipes that out.

I NEVER had a voice in it changing initially. I think it’s appalling that the name Five Points could be stolen from us too! So much history!! Please let’s take it back!
